Appointment Requests/ Booking

At K Beauty, every appointment begins with intention.
For new guests, we ask that you complete a consultation form so our artists can understand your hair goals and curate a service that aligns with your desired look.

Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to review your request and respond with availability.
Appointments with Kelly require approval and will be confirmed once accepted.
Appointments with our other artists are automatically confirmed at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.

We appreciate your patience as we take the time to review each request with care, ensuring that every visit feels personal, thoughtful, and perfectly tailored to you.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth schedule for everyone.

Clients with frequent cancellations or rescheduled appointments will be required to leave a deposit for all future bookings. Standard cancellation fees will apply to any appointment canceled outside of our grace period.

Deposits

Deposits are deducted from your total on the day of service.

  1. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule.

  2. New guests are required to pay a 20% deposit to confirm their first appointment.

Refunds

  • All services and products purchased from K Beauty are non-refundable.
